Trafalgar Muzzle Loaders meet at our shooting ground off Wood End Lane, Elmhurst, Lichfield WS13 8EU, next to the Delta Force Paintballer’s site.

We shoot regularly on Sunday mornings at 9.30 till 12.00. We don’t shoot every Sunday so it’s best to contact us to find out which Sunday’s we are shooting.
Some Sundays are practice sessions with traps set up with a variety of different targets for shooters to try, and some Sundays are competitions. Throughout the year we have a variety of shooting competitions for single, double barrel guns, and for specialist flintlocks and matchlocks at our site.
We can provide advice on the right guns to shoot, firearms licensing and the regulations about buying and holding black powder.
We will coach you in shooting safely, and let you try the sport. If you want to take it up, we will give you six sessions of shooting and training, as preparation for fully joining the club. The charge for membership is £10 per month.
We apply some very strict rules and safety procedures. We work hard to keep muzzle loading safe.
We are regularly asked to attend the BASC Game Fairs and put on demonstrations. We can provide the opportunity for visitors to try muzzle loading at the fairs. We can also arrange special events for a group of shooters who want to try muzzle loading – contact us for details
